The Women's Self-defence program is designed to help you turn the tables on your aggressors. With a very strong emphasis on the psychology of Self-defence, you can learn to control your fear, build your confidence, fight back, and avoid becoming a victim.

One on one personal training or small groups

Courses include: Street Smart Self-Defence; Building Self Esteem and Confidence; Overcoming Fear; Developing Flexibility Coordination and Posture; Improving Physical Health and Physical Awareness; Increasing Overall Wellbeing in a Fun and Safe Environment; Decreasing stress!! No experience necessary. You will be taught a number of self defence techniques that can be easily learnt and used against a wide variety of attacks. This means you don't have to be strong, big, athletic, flexible or aggressive to be effective. A part of the course also covers ways of avoiding and/or diffusing potentially dangerous situations, and to provide alternatives to physical contact/fighting. Development of healthy self confidence and self image will make you less likely to be a target. These and other proactive attributes are integral to the course.
