The Women's Self-defence program is designed to help you turn the tables on your aggressors. With a very strong emphasis on the psychology of Self-defence, you can learn to control your fear, build your confidence, fight back, and avoid becoming a victim.

RHEE Taekwondo is a way of life. Its purpose is to enable men, women, and children to realise their full potential both mentally and physically. If the mental aspect is ignored, its physical aspect is meaningless. Just as in any other sport or art, there is a proper way to achieve the best performance.

The basics in RHEE Taekwondo are designed to teach you to block and strike utilising your body by applying the laws of science. Your basics are your foundation. If you develop your basics well, you then have something to build on.

When first observing a class in RHEE Taekwondo, you will probably think of the physical benefits the training and study gives the students. By watching someone perform the art well, you can witness things almost unbelievable. Speed, striking power, balance, flexibility, the ability to jump and the grace of movement; these are all acquired skills.

You will find confidence, courage, patience, and physical well being from training in the art of RHEE Taekwondo. You will achieve these goals depending on your persistence, patience and effort in training. It is a most rewarding experience; a way of life and something you can do for the rest of your life
